Refund & Returns Policy

At Kixzen, we want you to love your new bags and sneakers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags, boxes, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Worn, used, or damaged sneakers or bags (unless faulty on arrival).
- Gift cards.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at admin@kixzen.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of sneakers or a different bag, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@kixzen.com with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
